Standard shipping within the United States is free for orders over $100, and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $100.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
International shipping rates and transit times vary based on location.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Lou Equipment began as a personal creative outlet, and remains the same today. We make small batches of all-purpose unisex designs that are cut, sewn, and finished all in Los Angeles.
