Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Economy shipping on orders of $150 or more.
  • Economy shipping on orders under $150 is $4.90 for packages up to 5 lb, and $19.90 for packages over 5 lb.
  • Standard shipping (faster) is available at checkout for $6.90 on packages up to 1 lb and $9.90 on packages from 1 to 5 lb. It is not available for packages over 5 lb.
  • Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 2–7 business days.
  • Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates and transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
  • Lou Equipment is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at contact@lou.equipment as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lou Equipment is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Once tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and choosing a secure delivery location.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at contact@lou.equipment within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges
