Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lou Equipment! If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges requested or received after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage (e.g., deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume)

Please note that “Sale” items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lou.equipment with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return & Exchange Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package your item(s) in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We will refund you the full amount of the item, but will deduct shipping costs from your total.

  • We are happy to cover shipping costs for item exchanges.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

  • We are happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, an additional payment will be required.

  • To request an exchange, please follow the "How to Initiate a Return or Exchange" steps above.

  • Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for your exchanged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at contact@lou.equipment with photos of the item and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
